LEMON FLUFF
Juice of 3 Lemons
1 Pt Whipping Cream
Rind of 2 Lemon
Yellow Food Coloring (opt.)
1/2 C. Sugar
Angel Food Cake
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk, Chilled.
In large bowl, beat lemon juice, rinds and sugar. Beat mixture with sweetened condensed milk. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring (optional). Beat whipping cream and fold into lemon mixture. Break one angel food cake into pieces. Put 1/2 of lemon mixture over cake pieces. Repeat layer with other half of cake and lemon mixture. Top with toasted coconut (optional). Refrigerate several hours. NUMMY!!!

Isn't that the greatest, Bee!? ha! A friend emailed it to me and I just had to post it!! Happy Easter!! Hope you ate as much as I did! ha! (Actually, I hope not...i'm still feelin' miserable!)
